Volunteer Leaders Network 2021

Volunteer Central Vic is launching a Community of Practice network for all Leaders of Volunteers in Macedon Ranges, Mount Alexander and Heathcote areas.

A Community of Practice network is a great way to get to know your peers, work collaboratively to reach your goals more effectively, discuss issues that arise when managing volunteers, share knowledge and experience, find solutions, and celebrate success together.

The Volunteer Leaders Network will run a schedule of six meetings per year that are free to attend. Meetings will take place on Wednesdays and alternate between mornings 10am – 12pm and afternoons 2 – 4pm via zoom. We will also aim to hold two meetings a year in person, one in Kyneton and one in Castlemaine, restrictions permitting.

Each meeting will focus on relevant issues in coordinating and managing volunteers. Where appropriate, we will seek out guest speakers and local experts to speak on specific topics.
